OIL-FREE HANDLING
By having the bar run on wheels in the channel
section, the bar handling becomes both
environmentally friendly and operator-friendly.
BUNDLE LOADING
Kamas bar loader can be loaded with a stack of
bars weighing up to 1000 kg. The bars can be
loaded with load carriers, AGVs o traverses.
DMA Lidköping can provide various types of load
carriers and the necessary communication to AGVs.
ACCES THROUGH DOOR
Acces for easy maintenance through opening doors
on the front. All doors are euipped with safety
switches to meed current safety requirements.
Light curtains are provided at the rear for
protection.
The bar is moved on wheels into the lathe using
a pusher.
HMI/CONTROL SYSTEM
The bar feeder receives infromation from the lathe
which bar to run.
The bar feeder then handles the loading of bars.
The bar feeder can be operated manually through
the HMI.
As an option, both lengt and vibration measurement
are available for monitoring the operation and
optimal utilization of the bar.

Bar handling for the future
Kama bar handling has many benefits for you, your company and the environment, as the bars are handled dyr throughout the process up to the lathe chuck.
KAMA bar loaders are designed for CNC lathes of common brands on the market. As standard the KAMA bar feeder is equipped with a bundle loading system that is easily filled with new bar material via trolley, cassette, AGV or traverse. The oil-free handling is beneficial for both operators and the environment.
DMA Lidköping AB also provides add-on magazines with bundle handling system for various magazine brands for NC lathes, as well as magazines with manual filling of bar material.
By adapting the bar feeder, it can also be with rotary table machines and cross-cut saws for more efficient utilization.
